Trajectory
In 2002, we began the development of the Open Source version of financial products that are in charge of controlling the entire flow of the buy/sale of bonds, focused on the USA’s market, for diverse companies, such as: Vestrust, Hencorp, Dresdner Lateinamerika Financial Advisors and EFG Capital, creating applications that we provided with support, maintenance and the addition of new features.
From the experience gained, we detected the our clients’ need for modular solutions, of quick implementation at low costs, which is why in 2009 we launched our first product, Trade Blotter©, an OMS (Order Management System) developed in Microsoft platform. It is a modular system, robust, user friendly and easy to maintain, which has been in production since 2010. It is a tool that allows to manage the workflow starting with a client call, the purchase of the Asset in the street side, closing the transaction and sending of all the tickets to Pershing and/or INTL, the clearing partners, automatically reporting to FINRA all the bonds in its daily list, providing a great variety of reports that allow users and administrators to be up to date with everything negotiated, completely eliminating the use of paper.
